  • Oversaw production of 300+ video projects per year and 500+ in 2016, yielding significant cost savings of $1M to $2M annually based on project complexity and volume of work.

Additional Information

  • Rebuilt video studio and outfitted equipment library allowing for live production environment in which we can transform our in-house studio from chroma key setup to our studio set in matter of seconds. Also, with additional equipment enhancements we are able perform live production broadcasts on location with ease.
  • Pulled together cinema package to shoot professional marketing footage with RED Scarlet-W, and researched and recommended video asset storage solutions to adequately share and manage video assets for various projects.
  • Plans and orchestrates all internal communication video productions with internal creative department and on-location with various production agencies. Works closely with all levels of management and production staff during all phases of production, ensuring work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy for promoting product or employee communications.
  • Reads, researches, participates in marketing/client discussions, creates storyboards, concepting ideas and scripts, and suggests distribution avenues. Coordinates various aspects of production, such as audio work, scenes, music, timing, camera work and script writing.
  • Performs pre-production preparation such as lighting and audio setup, and assists and performs crew duties as needed. Oversees talent, production assistants and coordinators when contracting with supplier.
  • Supervises team progress from pre-production to post-production, including duplication needs if required. Manages and creates graphics, titling and all post-production aspects such as animation.
  • Utilizes authoring software to perform conversion into different formats such as videos for integration on web, for streaming and various multimedia, and has working knowledge of TriCaster.
  • Created process for department that allowed you to keep up with fast-pace environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality of work and client relations.

Special Projects

  • Animator~ Rebel Scum, 2015 – 2016: Recreated interactive screens from feature film Oblivion. Oversaw production of four 4K monitors, hiring two graphics designers to create graphical elements from film and 3D modeler to assist with creating 3D assets. Animated all 4 screens over 6-month period, including 3 different 10-minute scenarios that sync up with physical film.
  • Director, Producer, Director of Photography & Editing ~ Trebuchet, 2011 – 2013: In December of 2011, we captured independent rock band, Trebuchet, as they recorded live album. The resulting feature film premiered at Thin Line Film Fest: Four Nights in December

  • Director & Motion Graphics Designer~ Leukemia Texas, 2012: Created video to showcase goals of Leukemia Texas organization that was played during hockey game to help raise money.
